No Worry.... When situation gets a little complex, we provide On-Site Inspection & Consultation for a nominal fee of just $25 (Refundable upon confirmation on the work quoted). We will follow up with official written quotation.
HRD Professional Handyman services only charges for the services delivered. There is no hidden cost whatsoever or any other form of service or transport charges. Afterall we let you confirm the work order before we start any work. Rest assure that our rates are very competitive and reasonable.
HRD Professional Handyman is a GST registered company and all of our delivered services and goods sold will be subjected to the prevailing Goods & Services Tax (currently @ 7%).
Our Rate
Job done by our Handyman will be priced at "case by case basis", as
a lot depends on what needs to be done and if any materials are
needed. Our rate will either be a fixed book rate or
hourly rate.
Fixed Rate (Book Rate)
Verbal estimates with ABSOLUTELY NO
OBLIGATION over the phone: Written quotations are
available for work deemed.
Minimum Charge
There will be a minimum service fee of $150* (inclusive of
Transport Fee) per trip and for the first hour. The handyman team rate start from $100*
hourly and/or part thereof (for labour and tools only).
Additional Surcharge
CBD, Sentosa Island & Tuas Area -
Handyman rate start from $150*
hourly and/or part thereof (for labour and tools only).
After Office Hour Surcharge
There will be additional fee of after office hours.
Emergency Services
There will be a minimum attendance fee of $150* (inclusive of
Transport Fee) per trip (per hour).
Materials / Parts
Any materials or parts used are charged at
'Market Rate' based on reimbursement basis.
Payment Mode
We accept various mode of payments. You can pay us in "Hard Cash", cheque , Credit cards**, Paypal** or via direct bank transfer (online or via ATM).
